Free simulations for students to use to learn biology, chemistry, physics and earth science (and math) at all grade levels.  This is an incredibly rich site, with lesson plans for each simulation.  Simulations allow students to manipulate variables and get data.  many use HTML, some still are Java.  Powerful.

A case about exploring different food labels such as GMOs, gluten free and organic.  Available through the National Center for Case Study Teaching in Science.
