Travel 

The meeting will be held at the Maritime Conference Center Linthicum MD.  This venue offers on-site hotel, parking, dining facility, and 24 hour shuttles to BWI airport,and the MARC station.

Please book your own air travel.  For reimbursement, provide a receipt showing dates of travel and payment for a coach class airfare to and from your home/work area purchased on a U.S. Carrier over 21 days in advance (unless an exception is approved by BioQUEST).  You can be reimbursed for luggage fees, airport parking, and ground transportation costs such as a taxi to the airport.

Flying

Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI) is four miles from the Center.  Call 410-859-5700, press 0 for the courtesy shuttle. 

Plan your return flight to leave after 5:30pm on Friday.

Hotel

Please reserve your hotel room through this link: https://book.b4checkin.com/chameleon/mccbwi/rlp/bioQ  A block of rooms has been reserved for the "BioQuest 21st Century Professional Development" group.  Your room charges will be direct billed to the conference, except for incidentals.  Thursday night is covered by the conference, as well as lodging Wednesday and Friday nights if needed.

Meals

For those staying in the hotel at the Maritime Conference Center, breakfast and dinner are available at the on site dining facility.  Lunch will be provided for all participants in the on site dining facility.

Reimbursement Information

Reimbursement for flights will be processed through the University of Delaware.  Reimbursements cover "Main Cabin/Standard Economy" fares on US flights (as opposed to "Basic Economy" which does not allow seat assignment, refunds, etc.).  First class, business and economy plus options are not reimbursable.  More information about the reimbursement process will be provided soon.  If you have any questions, please contact Ginger White (ginger'dot'white'at'bioquest'dot'org).
