Protocols for RFP Synthesis
The process of building block assembly can be adapted to any segment of DNA. To make this workflow as universally accessible as possible, we have adapted the protocol for the synthesis and cloning of Red Fluorescent Protein. This allows students to have a nice visual readout (red colonies) of whether their gene assembly was successful.
