Beagle Investigations Return with Darwinian Data

Supplement 1 contains an example laboratory exercise for introducing the BIRDD resources. Supplement 2 contains a list of web accessible data resources to supplement the existing BIRDD resources.

The Galapagos Finches are one of the most widely recognized examples of evolutionary biology research. This paper and pencil activity provides access to a variety of data resources that can be used to think about the patterns and causal relationships underlying the distribution and other characteristics of the Galapagos Finches.

This publication captures parts of the BIRDD workshop at NABT in November 2021. It contains the workshop slides and links to two hands-on BIRDD activities.
