https://sites.google.com/a/uci.edu/saberwest2019/registration

Part of the registration process will include selecting workshops, and we highly encourage you to register early to make sure you get your top choices. Additionally, poster abstracts can be submitted during the registration process (all poster abstracts will be accepted). Rates for early registration (by November 15th) are as follows:

  • 4-year faculty, staff, administrators - $115
  • 2-year faculty, staff, administrators - $65
  • Post docs, Graduate students and Undergraduates - $65

For SABER West, we are using a two-step registration system (google form/credit card payment).  You must complete both to be registered for the meeting.  Both links can also be found on the registration tab of the website.

For the first time, we will also have optional Friday workshops, one focused on Gaining Buy-In and Recognition for Biology Education Researchers at Community Colleges and a second on R for Novice Education Researchers. More information on these can be found on the Friday Workshops tab of the website (https://sites.google.com/a/uci.edu/saberwest2019/workshops).

And for those traveling out of town, we encourage you to reserve your hotel rooms as soon as possible, (https://sites.google.com/a/uci.edu/saberwest2019/transportation-and-hotel). These rooms will be held until December 14th or until sold out.

If you have any questions, please contact bsato@uci.edu.  We look forward to seeing many of you in January!
