= Rules for SCUDEM VI 2021 = # SCUDEM is for 3 member teams of students at the undergraduate or high school level. # Each team will have a coach. # Each team member and coach must agree to abide by the SCUDEM Integrity Statement: '''[[br]]Students''' - (Add the final version here) I will not accept any animate assistance, including from our team coach, with regard to the SCUDEM problems during the challenge period 23 Oct – 15 Nov 2021.[[br]]'''Coaches''' - (Add the final version here) I will not provide any assistance to any SCUDEM participant during the Challenge Period 23 Oct – 15 Nov 2021. # '''NO animate assistance to the team is permitted on the problem effort.''' # '''After the beginning of the challenge, no assistance from animate objects (people) can be used.''' Coaches are free to help their teams prepare before the challenge begins. During the challenge, coaches are limited to moral support -- we recommend pep talks and check ins to be sure the group is working together in a positive manner. # The team should produce a self-contained video of no longer than 10 minutes explaining your solution to one and only one of the Challenge problems. # Videos should be uploaded to YouTube.com and marked as Unlisted, and a SCUDEM Submission Form (link to this) submitted before the end of the Challenge. # The Challenge ends one minute before midnight (11:59 PM) Eastern Time Zone on Monday, 15 November 2021.
