The members of the Genomics Education Alliance seek to develop modular lessons with appropriate tools with the ultimate goal of making it possible for educators to create their own genomics classroom-based undergraduate research experiences (CUREs).  We've begun to develop such a set of resources and plan to use the BIOME studio time to enhance our RNA-Seq resources so that faculty can use our tools to examine their own datasets.  By making generalizable resources available, faculty will have the ability to ask experimental questions of interest to them and their students.
