Description

At the end of this lab (designed for one 3-hour lab period), students should be able to:

Define and distinguish between different types of data (qualitative and quantitative)
Explain what a correlation analysis is and when it should be applied
Explain what a t-test is and when it should be applied
Decide which graph is appropriate based appropriate graphs given different datasets and hypotheses
Understand that correlation does not imply causation
