    Description

The Alliance for the Black Community is an advocacy group comprised of students, staff, and faculty at California State University. We work towards improving the experiences of Black students, staff, and faculty on our campus and within institutions of higher education.

We have worked diligently to compile these resources, and we hope that they will serve as a useful and easy starting point for our community to better address the needs of our Black students, staff, and faculty.

Combatting anti-Blackness racism is a fight that should be shouldered not only by Blacks in academic settings but also Non-Black colleagues. Together, we can end institutional racism, one conversation, one department, one college, one institution at the time.

We would like to acknowledge all the members of ABC, especially in our education team (ABC-ED) for their contributions to creating these resources.
