Will Boyer is a hydrologist at the Nevada Divsion of Water Resources. He obtained his B.S. in Geological Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and earned his M.S. in Hydrology at the University of Nevada, Reno. In this talk, Will discusses which agencies manage water resources within the state, how the Division of Water Resources uses science to inform their decisions, the experience of being a professional hydrologist, and, of course, the water system in this extremely dry state.
