This report serves as a resource for faculty, staff, and students interested in co-creating Open Education Resources (OERs). In particular, we embrace OERs as an invitation to co-create, revise, and collaborate in designing course materials to address systemic issues of racism by aligning with social justice principles of redistribution, recognition, and representation. In this report, we explore the connections of OERs and their role in social justice at STEM institutions, present research performed at our institution, provide examples of pilot courses where faculty co-created OERs with students, and share key lessons learned throughout this year's focused experiences.
