Description

This is a strategic planning exercise designed for early-career college students. The set includes a class activity, example, and instructor notes for ~1 hour class session. Students complete a mission, vision, SWOT analysis and strategic plan for themselves to improve their research-readiness. An examination of personal, academic and skill-related strengths flows naturally into a personal statement or resume.
