Overview

This workbook simulates the phylogeography of an asexually reproducing species. The user sets the mutation rate and the species' dispersal distance. The program then tracks and dynamically plots the spatial distribution of the population's genetic variation for up to 20 generations. The user may then play the population's phylogeographic history forward and backward, or enter a new random number seed to generate a new history.
