    I've been working on this activity over the past few days. If your brine shrimp aren't growing as fast as you want or not as big as you want, set up a population in a beaker/jar/flask and add some algae in with the young brine shrimp/ Once they get a good diet of algae available, they will start to grow rapidly.

    I've added spreadsheets that we used for calculating algae concentration from the absorbance readings, t-test, and ANOVA. There are tools in Excel to do the tests, but these spreadsheets are simpler to understand and a bit more forgiving.
