Genome Solver began as a way to teach undergraduate faculty some basic skills in bioinformatics; no coding or scripting is required. Lesson II introduces the principal databases for microbial genomics.
The Database Lesson contains information to help navigate through the principal databases used for analysis of microbial genes and genomes. The lesson contains a slide deck, a transcript of the slide deck, a lesson to practice navigating the databases, and the key to the lesson.
