My name is Christin Monroe and I am an assistant professor of chemistry from Landmark College. Landmark is a small college in Southern Vermont that solely serves neurodivergent students. I am very passionate about advocacy for the student population I work with and promoting crosstalk between the physical disability movement with the neurodiversity movement.
I will be submitting a book chapter about the neurodivergent cultural movement, clarifications on confusing terminology and how accessibility techniques for the physical disabilities community can be translated for neurodivergent students.
I am very excited to participate in this group to promote social justice and the lessons I have learned as a part of the neurodivergent cultural movement in STEM.
