Changing roles in QB@CC

  1. Kristin Jenkins

I wanted to let all of you know that I have taken a new position and will be stepping out of my role as PI of the QB@CC grant and moving to the Advisory Board.  It has been a pleasure to work with all of you to launch this project.  I am so impressed by the tenacity of the Incubator groups who continued to produce fantastic interdisciplinary OERs through the pandemic.  As a community, your engagement in productive interdisciplinary work is a model for other math bio projects.  I know that Vedham Karpakakunjaram and the Steering Committee members will continue to provide outstanding leadership for the project.  Sarah Prescott, the new Executive Director for BioQUEST, and Deb Rook, Professional Development Manager for BioQUEST, will continue to actively support QB@CC.  I’ll be moving to my new position as Executive Director of TIDES at the University of Texas, Austin, but I will be following QB@CC for ideas and resources and look forward to serving on the Advisory Board. I can still be reached at my BioQUEST email, or at Kristin’dot’Jenkins’at’austin’dot’utexas’dot’edu.
