Case Studies
Resources
In the summer of 2018 at the first HITS workshop at NC State University, the group began working on a set of learning outcomes for cases studies using high-throughput (HT) data sets and discovery science. These outcomes focus on quantitative skills students will strengthen using case studies produced by HITS. The HITS community will continue to refine the learning outcomes and skills in this document. We encourage the community to provide comments and feedback as we refine the learning outcomes and create HT case studies.
