Sunsetting Your Group
As your project gets to the end of its lifespan, we want to make sure that your resources and information stay available to your participants and to new users who may come along after you.
Questions for you:
- Will your participants continue to use this space?
- Are you transitioning to a static page?
Suggestions:
- Have all published materials shared on your resources page
- Bonus if you set it up so that new ones can pop in as people make adaptations!
- Set up a schedule for someone to check in on your website every 6 months or so, to make sure nothing breaks
- If going to static- unpublish "How to Join"
