The Genome Solver was an NSF-funded project developed as a way to train undergraduate life science faculty in basic web-based tools for bioinformatics. As part of the project we developed a one-day workshop consisting of bioinformatics modules on the theme of bacterial genomics, which we delivered to faculty at colleges and universities around the country. Biological Collections in Ecology and Evolution Network (BCEENET) brings together undergraduate educators, natural history collections professionals, researchers, and data experts to support the development and implementation of Course-based Undergraduate Research Experiences (CUREs) using digitized natural history collections.

Biologists and Graph Interpretation (BioGraphI) is an NSF Research Coordination Network of faculty who work collaboratively to increase student persistence in biology through improving representation of diverse scientists in the curriculum and incorporating data interpretation skills. This resource describes the goals and activities of BioGraphI, which include teaching resources and professional development opportunities for the community.

The Math Modeling Hub (MMHub) is an online community of practice and OER resource repository for math modeling educators at all grade levels. We have been a partner with QUBES since our initial development in 2017 and subsequent launch in 2018.

The Network for Integrating Bioinformatics into Life Sciences Education (NIBLSE) has cultivated a collaborative community model to facilitate the development, dissemination, and assessment of bioinformatics learning resources.
