Description

The Database Lesson contains information to help navigate through the principal databases used for analysis of microbial genes and genomes.  The lesson contains a slide deck, a transcript of the slide deck, a lesson to practice navigating the databases, and the key to the lesson.

Notes

Materials were updated as of Fall 2018.  Note that because the slide decks and exercises point to external websites and web-based tools, some of the illustrations contained in the materials may not look exactly like the live website.  Functionality is usually unchanged.
