Add Jupyter notebook capability
Jupyter notebook allows typeset mathematics, text, code, and code output to be stored and modified compactly in one file. It is an extremely useful teaching tool, and can be run with a variety of "kernels", i.e. underlying software engines. I would use Qubes significantly more often if it contained Jupyter notebooks with R and Python kernels. (Jupyter Hub is a variant that facilitates group interactions--this would also be useful, particularly for classroom use.)
