We use google docs A LOT for collaborative editing of notes when working in Projects.  It would be really great to have collaborative editing of docs directly on the Hub without having to leave the site.  One way to do this might be to replace the Notes Wiki with something like Etherpad (or Firepad).  Etherpad sounds better to me at the moment as it has a lot of extra plugins (like for LaTeX).
