   I second this wish... most of the QUBES emails have long titles, and depending on how you have your email spatially  configured, most of the informative part of the title is cut off. I am not sure what the best approach is, but 10 emails that all start that same doesn't help the reader...  :-)

      Here's some more context of what we would like:

      • Can we add senders name in place of “FROM: QUBES”?  Maybe “From:  Name @ QUBES Hub”
      • This would be a nice Subject field.  Adding the word Forum can help users know where this is coming from:  “QUBES Forum: <SHORT GROUP NAME> - <THREAD TITLE> 
      • Also, somewhere in the grey box, include the full name for the QUBES Group would be helpful.  Right now, only the obfuscated short name is used.

   There's also inconsistency in the way emails look, in particular when someone replies to a discussion forum post in their email client (see attached picture).

   Increasing the default font size to 14/15 would be good as well, as the text looks pretty small.  Also, if we put the users name in the From field, we might get confusion with people thinking they are responding just to that person.  Another way to attempt to avoid this (besides putting "Forum" in the Subject) would be to replace the existing text at the top with something like:

   "To reply to this group discussion thread, just include ..."

   "To reply to the individual, click here."

   So, here’s what I’ve done:

   * “From” now says “Name @ QUBES”
   * “Reply to” now says “Forum post @ QUBES” (Admittedly, this could be tweaked. I was having trouble with the wording.)
   * Subject is now “QUBES Forum: – “
   * The Grey box includes the full group title.
   

   The inconsistency you’re seeing in email is between the HMTL version and the plain text one. I wonder if the email gateway is using just the plain text one? I’ll investigate. Also, will investigate the font issue. It *does* seem particularly tiny.

   Aforementioned changes are in the 2.+ so no waiting for the 2.1 upgrade.
