This feature would facilitate contacting the author of a resource when it is posted by someone else.  There could be several template emails available depending on the type of resource and whether the authors were already affiliated with QUBES (or with another large project).  The resource submitter could then choose a template email, modify it (or not), and have the email sent automatically through QUBES Hub

This is more of a long-term goal that came out of a faculty mentoring network meeting (with Alison Hale, Jeremy Wojdak and Sam Donovan).  We were thinking about ways to help streamline the process of contacting the author of a module when it is submitted as a resource, so that they are aware we have posted their work (and to let them know about QUBES and how we can help them).
