In Groups, create option to email whole group when assigning a role
Currently, only Group Managers can email the whole group. It would be nice to create an option when assigning a new role in the group that allows other non-managers to email everyone. This seems like a nice way to avoid spam by simply controlling who is allowed to email everyone.

In general, it is not clear how group members should email the rest of the group. Unlike managers, members cannot post announcements that get emailed out to the group. The group messaging function is not ideal for this either due to the lack of formatting option and archive capability.
So I second this wish list item - there should be some option that allows group members to email the whole group.
