Hi,  please can somone give some advice on how to verify the downloaded ISO file prior to installing Qubes. I have very, very limited technical knowledge and am not familiar with a lot of the terms referred to. I need to have a very basic 'laymans' guide on how to do the step by step stages to go through the verification processes and which files I need to download, all with the understanding that I struggle to comprehend the technicalities and language involved!   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
