I'm trying to run a sample experiment for a 1-dimensional nearest neighbour graph with one infected node and "vaccinate" three others. I'm following the instructions from the module small world for problem 5 for example, but I'm not able to upload my file from my computer to the right directory. I run IONTW from the browser. I have set up the txt file on my PC and clicked upload, it says done, but the file is nowhere to be found and if I run IONTW I get the error that file is not found.

Help will be greatly appreciated.
