Welcome to our ACUBE 2016 workshop group page! You will be able to find links to all of the materials presented in the workshop from this page.

As part of the DryadLab materials you are using in this workshop, you will be using statistical software that runs through the program RStudio. You won't need to download anything, though. We will run it remotely (on servers located elsewhere) through your web browser.

To do this you will first need to create a user account for QUBES by clicking on the "Login" button and creating a new account or linking to your Google account.

When you have successfully created an account, you will be placed in your "Dashboard." Navigate back to the group with this link: qubeshub.org/acubedryadlab

Then click the "Join Group" button:

Now you are ready to launch the statistical software! Follow the link below to open the "Staying Alive" module in the program BioRadiant: Launch Radiant with the extinction data!
