How QUBESHub can support a meeting

Archive and share information about a set of talks 

It is easy to share talks, posters, and other meeting activities using the QUBESHub. You can simply post titles and abstracts or you can include files like the poster, presentation, handouts, or any supplemental materials. A collection of presentations can be organized into a series so that it is easy to navigate among them. There are more details about submitting resources here.

Engage participants before, during and after a workshop to make more of an impact

If you know in advance who will be attending your meeting, you can set up a collaborative space on QUBESHub so that people can interact with each other before or after the meeting. These collaborative spaces can be private or you can make them public to raise awareness of your meeting and build a permanent record of the event. There are more details about creating groups here.
