  New Assistant Professor in Biological Sciences at an undergraduate and masters institution. I teach microbiology and molecular biology. My background is in genomics and bioinformatics and my current research is on metabolism and genome evolution in mammalian gut microbes. Interested in working with others on integrating omics and high-throughput data into the undergraduate biology classroom and lab in equitable and accessible ways.
