To run the exercise for the session, you will need the following:

• CellProfiler: Available from http://cellprofiler.org/download.shtml. Select the proper OS and follow the instructions for installation.
• CellProfiler Analyst: Available from http://cellprofiler.org/downloadCPA.shtml, Select the proper OS and follow the instructions for installation.
• A ZIP file of image assay images and associated data, from https://qubeshub.org/projects/cellprofiler/files/: Once you have them, open the zip file and place the enclosed folder in a location with read/write access (e.g., your Desktop)
• The PDF of the exercise itself, also from https://qubeshub.org/projects/cellprofiler/files/
• Also, make sure that Java is installed for your OS: http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
