About
This lesson is based on a 2021 study by Straw, Carpentier, and Brown entitled, "Roundup causes high levels of mortality following contact exposure in bumble bees." Students will learn about the ecosystem effects of pesticide use and the concept of surfactant co-formulants, then receive background information on survival analysis. Using the data from three of this study's experiments, students will run their own survival analyses and create survival plots in R.
