Description

Our mission is to revise social and environmental justice OERs to be accessible to a wider range of users. Participants will bring a module of interest to revise through the lens of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Accessibility principles. Some of our members will be revising their chosen OER using UDL principles and/or STEM OER Accessibility standards. While many of our members will choose to revise OERs that have an Environmental and Social Justice focus, participants wishing to revise OERs with other types of content are also welcome.

Deliverables

Our deliverables will be revised OERs that are more accessible to a wider range of users. Revised OERs will be published in QUBES where they will provide examples of how QUBES community members can incorporate UDL and Accessibly standards into STEM educational resources.
