A simple NetLogo simulation of the effect of social distancing on the spread of an infectious disease based on the simulations provided in the Washington Post article, “Why outbreaks like coronavirus spread exponentially, and how to ‘flatten the curve.’” A tutorial-style assignment is also included to help students explore the emergent behavior of the simulation.
