Description

In one classroom, a scaffolding approach was used where students knew they needed to make a certain type of graph given a set of data. Each type of graph had a brief introduction and explained the different types of variables and then students used that information to make the graph. The week before this lesson, students completed Tutorial 1 to introduce Excel before working on this graphing tutorial. From the original resource, the “exploration” tabs were deleted. After each tutorial, students answered questions for points on the Learning Management System (LMS).
