In this semester-long project, students will:
- Perform research to investigate the ecology of an endangered species.
- Design a conservation plan with 2 potential solutions for your species.
- With the class share information on a variety of species.
- Synthesize information after hearing conservation plans for other species.
This project addresses 3 of the 4DEE Framework dimensions, by focusing on the Core Ecological Concept of organisms, the Ecological Practice of designing/critiquing investigations, and the Human Environment Interaction of shaping and managing the environment
