Introduction to Primate Data Exploration and Linear Modeling with R was created with the goal of providing training to undergraduate biology students on data management and statistical analysis using authentic data of Cayo Santiago rhesus macaques. Module M.8 introduces survival analysis in R.

Description

In Module M.8, we introduce functions from R packages survival, survminer, and coxme to perform survival analysis based on Kaplan-Meir methods and Cox regression on authentic data from Cayo Santiago rhesus macaques. Module M.8 is part of the 8-module series Introduction to Primate Data Exploration and Linear Modeling with R.
