Microbes remain attached and grow on various surfaces whether living or non-living. These surfaces provide differential growth substances for microbes to remain attached or grow. The differential growth can be evaluated by thinking of a testing hypothesis, creating a spectrophotometer to assess the concentration through application of beer & lambert law and then finally creating graphs for better visualization and analysis.
