Description
In this simulation, equations used in enzyme kinetics (Michaelis-Menten, Eadie-Hofstee, Dixon, and Lineweaver-Burk) are modeled under various conditions. The equations are modeled in situations with measurement errors in substrate concentration and/or reaction velocity to allow students to observe how these affect output. Students then manipulate values to find the best model of an enzyme reaction.
