This collection includes various textbooks for new users of the statistical software and language R. 

I'm repurposing a list I put together for a graduate student recently. 

Let's use this as a place to share resources that we have created to teach quantitative biology AND that are related to the papers we discuss.

"Cheat sheets" for faculty preparing to teach a mathematical model in Populus.

Many participants were familiar with simulation software and activities that did NOT use Populus. They shared these resources with the group during our Google Hangout sessions. The resources are archived in this collection.
