Join the Group
This group has restricted access so that that posters and discussions remain private. To submit your poster and participate you will need to join the group, please follow the instructions below:
If you already have a QUBES Hub account:
If you have a QUBES Hub account and have forgotten your username or password:
- Please recover your username or reset your password. Please do not create a new account!
If you do not have a QUBES Hub account:
You will need to confirm receipt of confirmation e-mail from support@qubeshub.org in order to complete registration.
Submit your Poster
Upload your poster as a post that includes your poster file in the Poster Collection by May 14, 2020.

Schedule
Review the schedule so you know when you are presenting.
View other people's posters before the live session.
Attend the Zoom Poster Session on May 21, 2020 ready to ask questions.

There are discussion forums available for each poster to continue the conversation after the event.
Reviewer Guide
Reviewers are invited to submit comments and questions before the synchronous presentations and to participate in the synchronous session on May 21st. In addition to any questions you may have about the science presented we would invite you to comment on:
- What you really liked about the presentation
- What parts of the presentation were easy to follow, or difficult to follow
- Any suggestions you have for further experiments to follow up on the work presented
The presenting students will be able to see your comments and make adjustments to their presentation as they see fit before the synchronous event. To submit a comment or question, follow the link to the discussion forum from the poster page.
