2020 EDSIN Leadership Summit (2020leadershipworkshop)
Project by group edsin
About
This summit will be hosted at Spelman College, March 24-25, 2020. Small working groups will be formed to achieve the following goals:
- To reaffirm EDSIN's vision and priority areas identified during the 2019 conference
- To identify assets of our existing partner organizations and how to best leverage those assets across the network
- To establish concrete next steps for EDSIN over the next eighteen months, following collective impact strategies
- To identify funding opportunities (new/leveraged) and governance structure to sustain the network moving forward
Due to funding constraints, in-person participation is limited, but we will be identifying opportunities for the broader network to participate in these conversations moving forward.
