This is a discussion board to start a collaboration on education research issues that may come up surrounding part-time teaching. The goal is to come up with a project that we could explore at our various institutions regarding challenges and obstacles that both part-time faculty face as well as exploring differences that may come up in classrooms that are taught by part-time versus full-time faculty.

The goal is to brainstorm and research what is known in the literature about the adjunct experience but eventually come up with a question/hypothesis that could be further explored!  

We are hoping to include adjuncts from all institutions (cc, 4-year) interested in cc BER and part of CC Bio INSITES.
