Description
This resource is an exercise to introduce students to agent-based modeling of biological systems through working with a simple existing model. It is intended both to show them how to use a simulation for hypothesis testing, and also how to perform the 'simulation cycle' -- build a model, generate data using the model, compare to the real world, determine what is missing in the model, update the model, and generate data using the model.
