Description

This publication provides detailed teaching notes for the implementation of the Data Nugget "Gene Expression in Stem Cells" in an college-level, introductory biology course taught as a dual enrollment. It describes activities that I implemented to scaffold student quantitative skills, such as calculation of basic summary statistics, graphing, and data interpretation. I also provide links to some resources that other adopters may find useful.
