How Do I Prepare for Webinars?

In order to ensure the session goes smoothly, I have a few recommendations.

1. Complete the Pre-Webinar Assignment.

2.  Gather the essentials materials

        - Working computer

        - Reliable WiFi or Ethernet plug

        - Headphones/headset

3.  Test your connection by visiting the following link: http://admin.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm

4.  Review the following best practices:

        - Remember to use the same computer you used for your tech check.  

        - Plug your headset in prior to entering the online room.

        - Close ALL other programs running on your desktop.

        - If available, use Internet Explorer as Adobe Connect works best on this platform.

        - Use strong wifi or a hardwired internet connection.

        - Respond promptly to polling questions you will be asked by the facilitator throughout the presentation.
