How do I prepare for webinars?

In order to ensure your practice session goes smoothly, I have a few recommendations.

1. Gather the essentials materials
   1. Working computer
   2. Reliable WiFi or Ethernet plug
   3. Headphones/headset

2. Test your connection by visiting the following link:

If possible, use the computer, wifi, and headphones you will use during the first webinar.

3. Review the following best practices:
   1. Close ALL other programs running on your desktop.
   2. Plug your headset in prior to entering the online room.
   3. Use strong wifi or a hardwired internet connection.
