  Diana Dalbotten is the Director of Diversity and Broader Impacts for the St. Anthony Falls Laboratory, a hydrology laboratory at the University of Minnesota. In that capacity, she runs programs to increase representation of underrepresented groups in STEM, with an emphasis on Civil Engineering and Geosciences. She runs the Geoscience Alliance, a national alliance to support broadening participation of American Indians and Alaska Natives in the Geosciences.
