Summer 2016 Development Phase
Following the Bethesda workshop, participants will work in small groups with three to five colleagues to further develop an implementation plan. QUBESHub will provide space to share ideas, materials, and resources with the small groups and the larger group. Groups will meet every other week for thirty minutes to update one another through the end of August.
Fall 2016 or Spring 2017 Implementation Phase
Participants will continue to work with their mentors and small groups to implement their modules. Meeting every other week for a thirty minute check in, the groups will continue to support one another with ideas, resources and feedback. Online discussions and sharing of resources will supplement the synchronous conversations. This phase will conclude in December or May depending on the semester of implementation.
Sharing Final Products
The QUBESHub provides private space for the group to develop and discuss issues during the Development and Implementation phases. At the end of the project participants will publish reports of their project on QUBESHub and will be encouraged to disseminate their work using other ASM scholarly outlets
